Kemppi unveils revolutionary welding machine with built-in cleaning

Kemppi, an international welding equipment manufacturer, has unveiled a groundbreaking machine that combines high-quality ACDC TIG welding with professional weld cleaning capability, setting a new industry standard.

The Kemppi Minarc T 223 ACDC GM features built-in electrolytic weld cleaning, allowing welders to seamlessly switch between welding and cleaning modes for superior weld quality.

“With the Minarc T 223, welders can perform both welding and cleaning tasks in one machine, saving them valuable time and boosting productivity,” explained Stuart Orr, Sales Director at Kemppi Australia.

The Minarc T 223 is a powerful and versatile 220 A single-phase AC/DC TIG welding machine, offering precise and accurate welding with its highly stable arc.

Despite its power, the machine is remarkably portable, making it easy for welders to carry it anywhere on-site for fast and high-quality welding and cleaning.

Key features of the Kemppi Minarc T 223 include:

AutoPulse with frequency control: This feature delivers fast, high-quality, low-spatter welds, ensuring consistent and efficient welding performance.

Memory channels: Welders can customise and save personal settings, allowing for quicker setup and greater productivity.

Easy-to-read display panel: The large, colour LCD display panel with impact protection offers clear visibility in different light conditions, making it easy for welders to choose settings.

Remote control options: Welders can control the machine using the touch screen panel, the FR41 wired foot pedal, or the on-torch remote control, providing flexibility and convenience.

Quality construction: Designed and made in Finland, the Minarc T 223 is robust and tough, capable of withstanding challenging environments. It is suitable for various welding tasks in industries such as medical and food manufacturing.

“The Minarc T 223 is a genuine game-changer for professional welders.

“Nothing else on the market combines powerful welding performance with easy-to-use electrolytic weld cleaning like the T 223, empowering welders to achieve superior results,” said Stuart Orr.
