With over two decades of experience, Middleton has played a critical role in modernising HR policies, strengthening employee engagement, and integrating newly acquired businesses.
Her initiatives have improved workplace culture and operational efficiency through innovative wellbeing programs and digitised HR processes.
Additionally, Bex Hislop has been recognised as a Rising Star of the Year.
Since joining Unique Group in October 2024, Hislop has already made significant contributions to HR operations for 120 employees across the UK and the Netherlands.
Her work in employee relations, compliance, and onboarding demonstrates her potential as a future leader in the industry.
These nominations reflect Unique Group’s dedication to fostering an inclusive work environment and investing in talent development.
Debbie Middleton commented on the recognition, stating: “Being shortlisted for three cHeRries Awards is an incredible achievement and testament to the dedication of our HR team.
