Tamboran Resources Corporation has announced its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held virtually on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 4:00 pm Central Time (9:00 am AEDT on Tuesday, November 5, 2024).
The company has opted for a completely virtual meeting to increase accessibility for all stockholders.

- Election of three Class I directors: Fredrick Barrett, Patrick Elliott, and Stephanie Reed
