A new set of intelligent automation tools is about to roll out across resource industries expected to boost safety and productivity sector-wide.
Ask Harry and Find Harry are the creations of Australian tech company, Contact Harald. Ask Harry’ is an automation assistant designed to enhance safety and productivity, while ‘Find Harry’ is an integrated location and tracking system that offers real-time information and last-seen location data.
While Ask Harry and Find Harry are standalone solutions, the two products can be merged together to offer complete system automation.
Matt Denton, Contact Harald’s CPO, says the two technologies combined could be a real game-changer for the industry.
‘Find Harry is the natural evolution of our work in location technologies over the past decade. When you add Ask Harry in the mix, you get location technology with intelligence, creating smarter ways to use your location data. Ask and Find Harry form a powerful duo to help create a safer work environment, plus increase productivity,’ he said.
As leaders in the field of Bluetooth technology applications and a key provider of close proximity location tracking solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic, Contact Harald is a name that’s already well known within the mining industry.
‘We’ve been producing innovative solutions over the past decade, we were the first to squeeze battery powered Bluetooth tracking technology inside a credit card and we constantly seek new ways to provide effective answers for the challenges faced by businesses globally,’ Mr Denton said.
Over the last ten years, the tech company has expanded its platform to include new products that enhance safety and productivity.
With a footprint in 19 countries and their products and industry-specific solutions used by organisations, businesses and governments worldwide, the team is focused on delivering change on a global scale.
