Woodside has been offered two production licences for the multi-billion dollar Scarborough offshore gas project, located off Western Australia’s north western Burrup Peninsula. Santos, Western Australia’s biggest domestic gas producer, has announced a new gas sales agreement to supply natural gas to Western Australian energy solutions provider, Kleenheat.
