. In February 2024, Liberty Energy launched the Bettering Human Lives Foundation (BHLF) with the mission of expanding access to clean cooking fuels. This initiative aims to address a critical need, as one-third of humanity still relies on open fires or polluting stoves for meal preparation, which contributes to premature death and limits human potential.
BHLF supports local innovators and entrepreneurs in Africa who develop businesses to provide clean cooking solutions, ultimately helping families break free from poverty through access to modern energy. In June 2025, Liberty is rallying the entirety of the Australian energy industry to support the BHLF by participating in or donating to our efforts to run the EVA Air Brisbane Marathon.
