Energy industry service provider Welltec will be exhibiting at ADIPEC 2023 in Abu Dhabi this October — showcasing their brand new Welltech Expandable Anchor (WEA).

The new solution is a product that has the capacity to deliver four different applications, designed to bring greater reliability, flexibility, and efficiency to the well construction process.

The Welltec booth at ADIPEC will treat visitors to an interactive 360-degree experience. On the stand will be the world’s largest Welltec Expandable Anchor, where visitors will step into a five-metre-high immersive experience room with a technical explanation of the 4-in-1 completion innovation.

Welltec Global Solutions Director for Well Completions said: “The WEA solution is a machined sleeve which uses a surface-controlled hydraulic expansion process utilised within well construction and completion. The technology has proven reliability for installation and long-term solution capability.”

The ADIPEC 2023 event next month is focused on decarbonising faster, together, that is why Welltec is leveraging 30 years of energy industry experience to drive the energy transition forward — as they continue to support large-scale CCS projects, and provide customised testing for material and equipment selection.

Welltec exhibition stand will also feature an interactive trivia game, where contestants will go up against one another in a quickfire true/false quiz, in addition to an interactive ‘Tech Table’ with video introductions and overviews of all Welltec products and services.
